Sara Zucker is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Stonehenge NYC.
In this role, Ms. Zucker works closely with the General Counsel on a broad range of complex commercial and multi-family real estate transactions. In addition, Ms. Zucker oversees Stonehenge’s compliance with all rent-regulatory laws as well as the deregulation process and leads the due diligence review of prospective acquisitions. Ms. Zucker also supervises residential and commercial leases and lease renewals, the collection of rent arrears and manages tenant-related proceedings portfolio wide.
Ms. Zucker received a B.A. from Duke University and earned a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Prior to joining Stonehenge NYC, Ms. Zucker worked as an associate at Belkin, Burden, Wenig & Goldman LLP, representing real estate owners, investors, and property managers and focusing on issues relating to the regulation of real property including rent stabilization, rent control and property tax exemption programs. Ms. Zucker has extensive experience in administrative legal proceedings and has led the due diligence review of multi-family, mixed-use and loft properties in preparation for building acquisitions and conversions.
