December 22nd, 2014 – Olivia gets a facelift Stonehenge Partners, in partnership with SL Green Realty Corp., has completed a $1.5 million capital improvement program at The Olivia, a full-service luxury rental tower at 315 West 33rd Street. The 36-story tower has been “re-envisioned’with designer Andres Escobar involved in extensive upgrades to the amenities and common spaces, including the rooftop terrace and glass-ensconced lounge, fitness center, yoga room, lobby and corridors.
