All employees of Stonehenge NYC have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events. All employees are also required to attend and complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge to fulfill this responsibility.
Giving back is at the heart of Stonehenge NYC. Each year, we donate our time and money to several non-profits and educational organizations. We have been a proud supporter of Cycle for Survival for over 5 years and have raised almost $900,000 to support rare cancer research. Some of the other amazing organizations that we proudly support include Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, Friends of United Hatzalah of Israel, The Challenged Athletes Foundation, American Friends of Rabin Medical Center, United Jewish Appeal Federation of New York, and The Jewish National Fund.
As a company we have undertaken a number of steps towards sustainability and environmentally friendly measures throughout our portfolio of properties. We are proud to announce that all of our fair market leases are executed on-line and we are working hard towards becoming as “paperless” as possible in both our corporate and leasing offices.
We also have begun to implement a variety of programs throughout our properties to promote sustainability with our tenants. These include the installation of recycling and compost bins, energy-efficient appliances, and the resale or donation of personal items via our app.
