Calling all pasta lovers! Join us for a special pasta making class at one of NYC's top kitchen studios as we learn all the tips and tricks to turn you into a regular pasta aficionado. You'll learn a delicious and easy signature pasta dough recipe and all the tricks to make those pasta shapes you love to eat. You'll learn to knead, roll and cut pasta into fettuccine and fill spinach, ricotta and butternut squash raviolis. And no pasta is complete without a trusty homemade tomato sauce! ***PLEASE NOTE: You must RSVP AND receive a confirmation email letting you know you've gained a spot in the class.  Walk ins will NOT be granted access to this class.  All confirmation emails will be sent out by Monday, 2/19.  All unanswered emails by Tuesday, 2/20 will forfeit their spot.*** ** Also note that this class will begin promptly at 6:00pm.  Please do not RSVP if you cannot make it to the studio in time**   Pump-Rules-James-Not-About-the-Pasta-Crop
