Where are Stonehenge's leasing offices located?
Stonehenge currently has 6 leasing offices in Manhattan covering all neighborhoods. The Olivia leasing office, located at 315 West 33rd Street handles our Chelsea and West Village properties. The other offices are located at the Ritz Plaza - 235 West 48th Street, 141 East 33rd Street, 400 East 57th Street, 360 East 65th Street and 120 West 97th Street. Each office is staffed with Stonehenge leasing agents that are there to help you rent apartments within the Stonehenge portfolio.[back to top]
Does Stonehenge allow pets?
Stonehenge is a "pet friendly" organization and allows pets that weigh less than 50 pounds. There are breed restrictions for dogs.[back to top]
When are the leasing offices open?
Stonehenge leasing offices are open 7 days a week. The offices are typically open from 10am-6pm Monday-Friday and 11am-5pm on Saturday & Sunday.[back to top]
What is the Stonehenge showing procedure to rent an apartment?

What is the Stonehenge application procedure to rent an apartment?
After a Stonehenge leasing agent shows you an apartment that you are interested in renting, an online application link will be emailed to you to complete so that you can properly apply for the apartment. The Stonehenge application process is powered by on-site.com, the leader in real estate online application and credit/criminal background checks.[back to top]
What are the application requirements to rent a Stonehenge apartment?
Stonehenge typically requires its renters to make approximately 40x the monthly rent. If you are sharing an apartment, Stonehenge will look at the combined income of the household.[back to top]
What happens if you don't meet the income requirement to rent a Stonehenge apartment?
If you as a sole person do not make 40x the monthly rent or on a combined basis do not make 40x the monthly rent, Stonehenge will require you to either have a guarantor of the lease that makes approximately 80x the monthly rent or explore other solutions to make Stonehenge comfortable that you will be able to make your monthly required rent payment.[back to top]
What if I don't qualify financially and don't have a parent or friend that will guarantee my lease?
Stonehenge also works with a third party lease guarantee company called www.insurent.com that can work with you to help guarantee your lease.[back to top]
Where do lease signings take place?
All lease signings will take place in one of the Stonehenge leasing offices. If you are unable to do a lease signing in person, you can mail the 2 hard copies of the lease with notarized signature pages to our leasing office at 315 West 33rd Street, 7th Floor, NY NY 10001 Attn: Latoya Stone.[back to top]
